Electric TopLine® rotisserie

Grill rotisserie for pass-through operation

CC version: Intelligent computer control with a capacitive 7.2-inch glass display and touch sensor technology, as well as multilingual, clear text instructions. Equipped with wireless radio technology (WRT): Unique, constant measurement of the core temperature with automatic cooking time correction via wireless temperature probes.

Fully glazed front panels in an elegant black design, with the option of double glazing on request. Attractive food presentation. Combined heating system of convection and infrared heating in one device. Easy cleaning thanks to the dismantling of all main parts without tools.

  • Standard equipment with double skewers.
  • Options (CC version only): Up to 8 WRT sensors, wired internal temperature probe, customer-side time remaining display.
  • Alternatively available with manual control.

TopLine® gas rotisserie

Grill rotisserie for pass-through operation

Exterior and interior surfaces made of brushed stainless steel. Robust chicken rotisserie with low-maintenance and wear-resistant planetary gear. Heating via infrared ceramic combustion chambers. Super bright, sales-promoting lighting with two quartz spotlights. Temperature indicator and mechanical timer. Easy cleaning by dismantling all main parts, including the discs.

  • Standard equipment with angled skewers.

All gas-powered devices are standardly adapted to operate with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). If natural gas is used, this must be explicitly stated when ordering, as well as whether natural gas H or L is required.
